This is an "odd clutch"?...........no visible Phantoms were produced.........1 egg in this clutch went bad. Mom is what I call a "Black Back" ( bb f # 2 )..........I've had her since 1999.........she was a baby import........well she may be a Cinny Pastel.
0.3 "Black Backs" and 0.1 Phantom/Black Back sib hatched out on 6/17/06.......I'm gonna just call these three ladies "Black Backs" for now.......two of the three especially look like Cinny Pastels........I'll grow them up and see how they turn out?........it would really be nice if they are Cinnys........I think mixing bloodlines is the key to producing Super Cinnys that are not "tweaked"........
This was a nice surprise.....;)

From breeding what I call my "Bumble Bee" male to one of his "het" daughters.........he is a cool aberrant male that BHB and I own together....imported as a baby several years ago..........I made a bunch of "hets" in 03.......enough clutches were produced that it can't be co-dom.......so maybe this season we will find out if it is simple recessive?.........of course we will have to change the name............more dinkin'.......( 03 het bb f # 1 )
